Day 8 WEIGH IN !! On the way down !!

6:00 am   7.5 hours deep sleep. Feel well rested and surprisingly not sore after training. 


WEIGH IN !!
Lost 3 kg this week!! Woohoo !! Knew I had lost even though I thought it could be more I am very happy with the result!!


  • 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar in a glass of water
  • Big glass of water
  • Clear head , mild hunger, heaps of energy!

6:30 am 

Breakfast - Steak and eggs Ummmmmmm nom nom nom

Supplements
  • Parex - anti  parasite herbal combination
  • Milk Thistle - Liver Tonic
  • Krill - Joint and anti inflammatory
  • Revenol - Antioxidant supplement
  • Oracle - multi vitamin
  • Feroxin - mineral supplement



10:00 am  Snack - almonds, brazil nuts and pumpkin seeds

10:30 an Swimming - Pushed out 20 laps..... that's 1 k!! WOW!! Didn't expect that and surprised myself. 



12:30 pm  Lunch - Organic chicken seasoned with Moroccan seasoning and fresh garlic accompanied by a salad of lettuce, tomato, carrots, onion and avocado.





4 :30 pm Snack - Nectarine.





6:30 pm Dinner - Rissoles with steamed cauliflower, broccoli and pumpkin



  To make rissoles add the following to a large bowl
  • Diced onion
  • Diced mushroom
  • Diced capsicum
  • 2 large cloves of Garlic
  • 1 kg organic grass feed mince beef
  • 1 free range egg
  • Chopped chives and parsley
  • season to taste
Now get dirty and mix it up with your hands. Back into fridge to cool down for 1 hour to help keep it together then grill.

Water - Good 5 liters. Warm day and didn't take any to pool - bad decision. Even though you don't think you would be sweating in the pool you still need to drink regularly.

State of mind - Feeling awesome now and have good energy. Recovery after training last night was excellent which showed in that swim. Will up the anti at tomorrows PT session as I think this old bod can handle it. Definitely feeling stronger and will push a bit harder from now on.

Happy with the weight loss but sort of expected more. But if I loose that each week then I shall make The Challenge. A couple of tricks up the sleeve it we need them as the lighter I get then the more strict I shall have to be.
