Today is a rest day from exercise. Mainly because I have to start work at 3am, come home and have breakfast and then go and pick up my daughters which is a 200k + round trip. And then 2 have had birthdays in January and I have not seen them since then because of the floods so we need to go shopping ")
6:30am Home, feeling OK not tired and clear headed
Breakfast - Rissoles with eggs - ummm
11:30 am Lunch - Ok we are back in Brisbane now and at Garden City shops to (a) look for a birthday pressie for Bon and (b) buy some food for them as they won't eat what we are eating for every meal. And (c) it's lunch time !! [ food court! ]
1:00 - 2:30pm Nanny nap. Was feeling it by then and felt refreshed after.
4 :00 pm Snack - 3 prunes and a hand full of almonds.
Water - Drank well all day had over 4 liters.
State of mind - Feeling awesome and have oodles of energy. Intense karate training tomorrow - bring it on!!
Didn't remember to jump on scales as I was on the go all morning. Never mind as Monday morning is the official weigh in.
Heaps of tempting things I could have had today but I didn't really have an irresistible urge to grab them. My body must be weaning itself off the sugar addiction we all have.
