Water - Over 5 liters today and still cleansing well. Starting to get used to that volume of water. As I said earlier if you go hard in the mornings you can taper off towards late afternoon and still get the total you need.

State of mind - Turning point today. Woke feeling fresh and no "detox dull and hazy head". Had energy all day and didn't feel down. Starting to get into a rhythm and you just have to be prepared. If you plan your day, eat before you go to places where there would be a tempting treat and carry your filtered water then it's easy.

Weight didn't change but didn't go up either. Don't worry if that happens as sometimes it does - stuff happens. Far better to do a weekly comparison. And yesterday I didn't do any exercise at all.

For those on the Southside of Brisbane we get our meat from Stockman's Tucker Butchery at Meadowbrook. Dave gets his grass feed free range organic meats in fresh daily. Guaranteed gluten free, no additives, no preservatives or hormones. The meat looks great and Dave will look after you.

The only thing that still gets me is the smell of coffee........

Off to bed......c ya :)
