Day 23


5:15am 6.25 hrs sleep. Good sleep and feeling good. 




6:15 Results Personal Training session 1 hour. Legs, core and back. 25 minute bike followed by 10 minute stretching.



7:50 am
  • 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar in a glass of water
  • Big glass of water



8:00am Breakfast - 3 egg omelet with mushrooms and onion and medium coffee

Supplements
  • Parex - anti  parasite herbal combination
  • Milk Thistle - Liver Tonic
  • Krill - Joint and anti inflammatory
  • Revenol - Antioxidant supplement
  • Oracle - multi vitamin
  • Feroxin - mineral supplement



12:30 pm Lunch - Steak and salad



5:30 pm Snack - Chicken leg and espresso coffee.




10:00 pm Chicken leg before bed

  • Cascading Revenol - advanced antioxidant supplement
  • Feroxin - mineral supplement
  • Krill - Joint and anti inflammatory

Water - 5 liters plus. My drink of choice and loving it.

State of mind - Last few days as the 4 weeks end on Monday. Feeling good after training this morning and recovery time is awesome. Have to keep to the program as the week comes to an end. Motivation is still strong.
