5:00am 7 Hours broken sleep. 

WEIGH IN!!!!!  2.3 kilo loss!!! AWESOME !! Total to date 7.5 k's !!!!! 

5:20 Walk - 8.5 k walk/run in 1.5 hours !!!! 

7:30 am
  • 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar in a glass of water
  • Big glass of water

8:00am Breakfast - 3 egg omelet and medium coffee

  • Parex - anti  parasite herbal combination
  • Milk Thistle - Liver Tonic
  • Krill - Joint and anti inflammatory
  • Revenol - Antioxidant supplement
  • Oracle - multi vitamin
  • Feroxin - mineral supplement

12:30 pm Lunch - Salmon and salad. Ummmmmm 

4:00pm Snack - Nuts

6:30pm Dinner - Paleo chili with broccoli and avocado.

  • Cascading Revenol - advanced antioxidant supplement
  • Feroxin - mineral supplement
  • Krill - Joint and anti inflammatory
  • Parex - anti  parasite herbal combination

Water - 5 liters plus. My drink of choice.

State of mind - Steady weight loss this week to bring total lost to 7.5 k"s. Can we keep it up for the last week? Feeling awesome and time to throw those fat clothes away for GOOD!!

Spent most of the day on the run seeing a friend in hospital and having lunch with another in the city. Took water with me and had salmon and veges for lunch at Eagle Street Pier. You can go out but you have to make the good choices. 

The walk/run this morning was not my best as I didn't sleep well for some reason. Had to push through to finish but made it in reasonable time. But felt better in the afternoon and will sleep well tonight as it is a little cooler.

Have been reading up on nutrition and supplements. Will post some interesting facts on the Results Personal Training FB page Also searching for  some paleo recipes for next Wednesday to have a nice but healthy treat.
