Day 24


6:30 am 8 hrs sleep. Good sleep and feeling good. 
  • 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar in a glass of water
  • Big glass of water



7:30am Breakfast - 3 egg omelet and medium coffee

Supplements
  • Parex - anti  parasite herbal combination
  • Krill - Joint and anti inflammatory
  • Revenol - Antioxidant supplement
  • Oracle - multi vitamin
  • Feroxin - mineral supplement

11:30am Snack before training - nuts



12:00 pm Karate training - good full on session for 1.5 hours.



2:45 pm Late lunch - Fish and salad




4:15 pm Snack before work - small espresso, 3 prunes and boiled egg


5:00pm - 8:00 pm Work


9:00 pm Snack before bed - boiled egg and celery.

  • Feroxin - mineral supplement
  • Krill - Joint and anti inflammatory




Water - 5 liters plus. Helps if you have a good sweat - hydrate before and replenish after. 

State of mind - had a busy morning and kept me moving. Don't think about food between meals much anymore. Already planning a nice treat for Wednesday or Thursday night next week which will be paleo based but not an everyday thing. 


All the work is paying off and Mr Fat has left the building. Noticed my karate has improved solely because I don't have as much to throw around anymore. Endurance is up and recovery time is becoming frightening.  Sleep is normally sound and feeling refreshed when I wake up. Notably sleeping less.
