Day 18 Back on track :)


6:00 am 8 hours sleep. Need that! Feeling refreshed and energized.

  • 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar in a glass of water
  • Big glass of water

7:00 am Results PT session - 1 hour, core, legs and back. 20 minutes bike after. Felt good and strong all the way through.

9:00 am

Supplements

  • Krill - Joint and anti inflammatory
  • Revenol - Antioxidant supplement
  • Oracle - multi vitamin
  • Feroxin - mineral supplement

9:30 am Breakfast 3 egg omelet and small coffee




12:45 pm Lunch - Fish and salad. Nice light lunch



1:45 pm Maximol Solution for energy.


2:00 pm Swimming - 1 k (20 laps)



3:45 pm Snack before work - chicken leg, boiled egg and small coffee


8:00 pm Dinner - Turkey rissoles and salad.......uummmmm

Water - 5 liters plus. Second nature now and when I get slack and don't drink I feel thirsty quickly.

State of mind - Back on track with weight down but still not enough. Upper the workload today and pushed out 1 k in the pool. I am feeling it now but only tired. I will get a good sleep and be rearing to go in the morning.


Weight did go down today but not where I wanted it to. Will be interesting to see what tomorrow brings. Plan a big walk in the morning early as I have work from 10am -12 and the 2:30 until 8pm. So up 5 ish and will go for at least 1.5 hours and if I can more.


I made the turkey rissoles with 1kg turkey mince, grated carrot, chopped onion, fresh chopped chives and basil, 2 raw eggs and season to taste. Roll the sleeves up and mix it all together. Easy :)


Tired after the early morning start so....


Off to bed
