Day 16


5:30 am 6.5 hours sleep. Tired but feel good! No hunger.


6:15 am Results Personal Training 1 hour session. 15 minutes on bike




8:00am
  • 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar in a glass of water
  • Big glass of water


9:00am Breakfast - 3 egg omelet 


Supplements
  • Parex - anti  parasite herbal combination
  • Milk Thistle - Liver Tonic
  • Krill - Joint and anti inflammatory
  • Revenol - Antioxidant supplement
  • Oracle - multi vitamin
  • Feroxin - mineral supplement



10:30 am Maximol Solution for energy.




12:30 Lunch - Valentines day lunch !! Organic pork chop with paprika, sage, salt and pepper, dressed with stewed apples with cinnamon and honey and a side of cauliflower and broccoli









4:00 pm Snack - nuts
  

9:30 pm Late night snack of chicken leg.

Water - 5 liters plus. 

State of mind - Nice lunch with the boss. Feeling great and recovered well after the session this morning. Kept busy all day and did not get too hungry at night after training. Early morning business meeting for breakfast so this will be interesting. They usually have a cooked breakfast which will suit my needs.


Tired after the early morning start so....


Off to bed......c ya :)
