WEIGH IN DAY!! Total loss as of today 5.2 k. Yahoo!!

5:00am 8.5 hours sleep. Feeling good but a bit stiff after training. Did not stretch enough.

  • Walk - 1 hour medium fast
  • 10 minutes stretching

  • 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar in a glass of water
  • Big glass of water
  • Clear head , good hunger

6:50am Breakfast - 3 egg omelet 

  • Parex - anti  parasite herbal combination
  • Milk Thistle - Liver Tonic
  • Krill - Joint and anti inflammatory
  • Revenol - Antioxidant supplement
  • Oracle - multi vitamin
  • Feroxin - mineral supplement

10:30 am Maximol Solution for energy.

10:45 am Coffee - small black!

12:30 Lunch - Organic chicken medallions seasoned with garlic and pepper on a bed of spinach (just for you Bea!) with a fresh salad.

5:00 pm Snack (early dinner) - chicken leg and boiled egg

Water - 5 liters plus. Starting to become just a routine which is not a bad thing. 

State of mind - Was a bit sore this morning after training last night. So I got up early and went for a long walk followed by some stretches. Felt better after a shower and feeling awesome now. Not sore and ready for tomorrow. I have so much energy and my recovery times are so good. Normally it would take me days to get over a hard session but now I am better within 18/24 hours.

Yahoo 5.2 k's on target and 2 weeks to get rid of another 4.8k. Can we do it? YES WE CAN!!!! Some strategies up my sleeve yet and we will try one this week.

Had a coffee today, first in two weeks. Smelt great and tasted good too! My drug of choice ( as long as I don't dunk a timtam!! ) We don't drink milk and I used to have a dash of cream in my coffee but today was black and I didn't mind it.

For this week I am going to do two things. Firstly since my cravings have diminished I will  watch my protein portions so will cut down a bit and see how my hunger goes. Still will be having meat, chicken, eggs and will start having a couple of fish meals. 

Second I am going to pay more attention to what my body is telling me. I am not going to eat because it is breakfast time, lunch time or dinner time. Lately I have not been very hungry when I get up so if I can I will delay breakfast until I am hungry. This will let me eat later in the afternoon instead of the traditional midday meal and then I will not have a "meal" at night but rather a snack. That way I will not be going to bed with a full stomach which will allow my body to recover more during sleep rather than digesting a big meal.
