Water - 5 liters plus. Good intake up over 5 liters. Drank well this morning after the walk. Not too hot early.

State of mind - All good this week. Have a birthday BBQ tomorrow so taking some Chicken and salad with us. Cutting back on the size of the portion for meals as I am over the hunger hurdle. At the start I was eating large portions as it was all good stuff so now it is time to get back to normal. This will help with the weight loss as my body gets used to the new way of eating.

Definitely feeling the workouts this week and looking forward to the day off training. Will be swimming in the ocean tomorrow as the BBQ is at the beach. Must remember to slip slop slap.

Off to bed......c ya :)

  1. Fantastic Phil! Are you checking your pH ? Today seems not so well balanced with mostly protein and not so much veg/salad!
    Keep up the good work!

    1. Hi Bea, Not really interested in PH but that is another school of thought. Some eat lots of green leafy vegetables to keep acid low and stay alkaline.

I have had stacks of salad/veg and good serves of protein at the start to kurb the sugar addiction we all share. Now that those cravings have diminished I will drop the proportions accordingly to continue with the weight loss.

      Phil
