7:00am Back to bed for a while, big day

2:00pm Lunch - BBQ organic chicken breast and salad at the beach

Water - 4 liters plus. Not as much as normal but still ok
State of mind - At the beach for a birthday BBQ. Plenty of nibbles and chips etc but have some carrots and celery for me. Spent most of the day there and it was good to be out and had an excellent swim in the ocean.
Went to the movies at 6 so as we weren't hungry did not have a sit down dinner and was not feeling too hungry after. Listen to the body and just had a snack before bed. Don't really like going to bed for a full nights sleep with a stomach full.

Glad for a day of exercise as I was feeling it this week. Did not weigh myself today and I can feel then loss in my clothes.
