Day 21 - new PB in the pool !! Special thanks to Chris D again. Keeps me centered.


6:30 am 9 hours sleep. Love Sunday mornings, feeling well rested.



7:10am
  • 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar in a glass of water
  • Big glass of water



7:30am Breakfast - Bacon and eggs with the family :) Medium Coffee.


Supplements

10:00 Swimming - NEW PB !!! 30 laps! That 1.5k Woohoo!!

12:30 pm Chop and salad



4:00pm Snack - Chicken leg, boiled egg, nuts and small espresso coffee. 


5:00 Karate Training - Not too intense today. Have tryouts for new Team Members. 


8:30pm Late snack after training - Chicken leg and boiled egg.

Water - 5 liters plus. Still drinking well

State of mind - Huge swim in the pool today. That's 500 meters improvement. Could have gone on but didn't want to be wasted for karate. We will see what happens through the week.


People are commenting that I am looking better and a couple have mentioned the changed in my face. Good to hear it is being noticed. Sticking to the plan religiously despite the little temptations that come and go. Need to stay strong as there is really only just another 7 days to go.


Will do the big 8.5 k run/walk tomorrow and try so more running.
