Day 20


3:00 am 5 hours sleep. Off to work.


7:00 am 
  • 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar in a glass of water
  • Big glass of water

7:15 am

Supplements
  • Parex - anti  parasite herbal combination
  • Milk Thistle - Liver Tonic
  • Krill - Joint and anti inflammatory
  • Revenol - Antioxidant supplement
  • Oracle - multi vitamin
  • Feroxin - mineral supplement

7:30 am Breakfast 3 egg omelet and small coffee




12:00 pm Lunch - Turkey rissole and salad








4:00 pm Snack  - boiled egg and nuts


6:00 pm Dinner - Steak seasoned with garlic and salad




9:00pm

  • Feroxin - mineral supplement
  • Krill - Joint and anti inflammatory

Water - 4 liters plus. No training today and spent a lot of time in the car so didn't quite get my daily quota.

State of mind - Long day for me and and I am tired now and ready for bed. Big sleep in on Sunday and I will enjoy it. Noticeably clothes are getting looser and nearly time to throw away the fat ones.


We have training tomorrow night and I will take the girls swimming in the morning. 

Tired after the early morning start so....


Off to bed
