Day 14 - WEIGH IN TOMORROW!! Thanks Chris D!!


7:00  am   8.5 hours sleep. Yes feeling good! I needed that!


  • 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar in a glass of water
  • Big glass of water
  • Clear head , good hunger



8:15am Breakfast - Lamb chop and eggs   Ummmmmmmm


Supplements
  • Parex - anti  parasite herbal combination
  • Milk Thistle - Liver Tonic
  • Krill - Joint and anti inflammatory
  • Revenol - Antioxidant supplement
  • Oracle - multi vitamin
  • Feroxin - mineral supplement



9:30 am Maximol Solution for energy.




1:00 pm Lunch - Herb organic chicken and salad. Turmeric, basil and rosemary.












3:30 pm Karate Training - 2 hours of intense training and some extra time spent on some JKF Kata. Big thank you the bestie Chris D for being a great partner today, :)




8:30pm Dinner -  Not too hungry so had Chicken legs and boiled egg.

Water - 5 liters plus. Good intake up over 5 liters. Drank well all day and over 2 liters at training.

State of mind - Feeling refreshed after a good sleep. A bit sore lower back from some kettle bells exercises I think. But feeling great - unbeatable!

Will sleep well again after a big session this afternoon. Weigh in tomorrow so hoping for another good result.


Tired so off to bed.
