6:00 am 8 hours sleep. Yes feeling good!
6:30am Breakfast - Saute tomato and onions with eggs
8:30 am Maximol Solution for energy.
9:15 am PT session with Results Personal Training - Core, shoulders and back. Legs need a rest :)
11:30am Snack - Nuts
12:30 Lunch - Organic grass feed shoulder blade fillets saute with garlic and pepper, accompanied by a salad.
4:00 pm Snack - Serve of walnuts, brazil, macadamia and pumpkin seeds
Water - 5 liters plus. Good intake up over 5 liters. Seems I can keep that up when I try. Just have to make sure you take some with you when you leave the house.
State of mind - Becoming a routine now and just doing it. I have to vary diet some what or it will become boring and continuous. But having said that I am planning my days better to be prepared.
Now have those chicken legs and also some different nuts to vary the taste. Generally tired by bed time and sleeping well. Still have the energy to do the exercises but will up the anti next week. Legs are still feeling those 500 kicks from Wednesday but will walk that off in the morning.
